Shipping and handling charges are determined by the following:

• Purchase amount
• Destination
• Weight of package(s)
• Mode of Delivery
• Minimum shipping and handling charge $6.00

The following modes of delivery are available:

• UPS Ground
• UPS Two-Day
• UPS Three-Day
• UPS Overnight
• Federal Express Overnight
• Priority Mail (under $25, not guaranteed)

Lead time is highly recommended.

Credit card
MasterCard and Visa may be used for payment on your Stressdots order. Please include all requested information when you fill out your Order Form.

Purchase Order

Sales Tax
New York State residents are subject to 8.75% sales tax on purchases.
